Had a great time last night, we had our first Bible Bee meet. About half of the people in our group came. We all hung out for a while and got to know each other. Some of my age group started playing a game. Something about "kung fu" I think. I had never heard of it so just watched for a while. After I joined in I actually won once. :)
Working on learning some of the bible verses. I've almost gotten Genesis 6:5 down.
"And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
With things being that bad, it's no wonder God destroyed the earth!
Well, back to work.

Yay! Back to Bible Bee. How fun! I really need to get back into bible memory.
ReplyDeleteI've been doing pretty well on learning the verses. I've learned quite a few new verses and brushed up on some old ones I had learned before. We have another meet planned in a couple days. Only about 5-7 families are planning on coming though. It should be fun. :)
